After we confirm your booking, we’ll provide a link to complete all the necessary documents 

These Includes:

1. Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM)

• You and your partner must complete and sign a Notice of Intended Marriage form.
   
• It must be lodged with your authorised celebrant at least one month (and no more than 18 months) before your ceremony.
   
• Bring original ID (passport or birth certificate), photo ID, and, if applicable, divorce or death certificates. Translated documents must be certified.
   

2. Declaration of No Legal Impediment 

• Before the ceremony, your celebrant will have both of you sign a declaration confirming there is no legal barrier to your marriage (i.e. age, relationship status, consent, etc.).
   

3. Ceremony & Signing of Certificates

• During the ceremony, the celebrant will recite the legally required words, you exchange vows (and rings, if chosen), and:
   
  • The celebrant, and two adult witnesses (18+) sign multiple certificates:
    • Ceremonial Certificate (for you)
    • Official Certificate(s) (for the Registry)
       
• The ceremonial certificate is yours to keep that day.
   

4. Registration & Official Marriage Certificate

• Your celebrant sends the signed official documents to the NSW Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages within 14 days.
   
• Once registered, your marriage is official and your celebrant will apply for an official marriage certificate—necessary for legal ID, changing surnames, or immigration purposes.

Yes, only for minor changes. We designed the packages to reflect our motto for affordable MILESTONE moments.

Prepare/Enrich is a marriage education and assessment tool designed to help couples strengthen their relationship. It includes a comprehensive report based on a couple’s responses to a detailed questionnaire, providing insights into communication, conflict resolution, family dynamics, and expectations. A trained facilitator will guide the couple through their results in a supportive and constructive manner. 

 Prepare/Enrich 

 Once you have completed your booking and payment. Our Admin team will help and explain these procedures.

Step 1 – Send us you and your partner’s names and email addresses.
Step 2 – We will generate a link for you.
Step 3 – You will receive an email with a link to the questionnaires to be completed.
Step 4 – Once you have completed the questionnaire, our facilitator or celebrant will contact you to share and explain the results.
Step 5 – Depending on your package, you will receive counselling to help you navigate the results and explore your compatibility with your partner.

We outsource our photography services to experienced, professional photographers to ensure high-quality and memorable results. You can see from our MILESTONE MOMENTS some of the magic.

 Edited photos and video will be delivered within 4 weeks after the event and will remain accessible via an online gallery for 1 year.

The venues we choose are public parks that are only accessible for weddings with 60 people and under, without chairs for the guest. If you wish to hire a venue, you may do so and access our Essential Package (Legal papers + Celebrant + Prepare Enrich Report). 

 Hold a private event in a park – North Sydney Council 

No permit is necessary for the venues we allocate. 

 We allow cancellations up to 2 weeks before the wedding. Please note that 50% of the final payment will be forfeited. 

 Yes, the additional cost will be provided on the quotation.
 

The travel fee varies based on the distance, date and time.

The Foundation Package covers legal paperwork ONLY.

This is not a wedding ceremony, and our celebrant can meet with you anywhere in Sydney to finalise the documentation and provide your Prepare & Enrich Report.
