Hector Padilla
Meet Hector, the heart behind Milestone and your dedicated Marriage Celebrant. With over 20 years of experience as both a Wedding Civil Celebrant and Minister, Hector brings creativity, warmth, and a genuine passion for making every celebration unforgettable. He founded Milestone with a simple mission: to deliver exceptional, heartfelt ceremonies without the hefty price tag.
A retired teacher of 25 years, ordained minister, and experienced chaplain, Hector’s life has been dedicated to serving others—whether in the classroom, the church, or at the altar. Outside of weddings, he finds joy in his work as a Disability Support Worker and treasures time with his vibrant church community, his wife of 43 years, and their two adult children—who now thrive as a professional musician and a graphic designer.
Whether he’s travelling, mentoring, or sharing stories over coffee, Hector’s love for people shines through in everything he does.
Chris Lee
Meet Chris, a dynamic force at Milestone and your trusted Marriage Celebrant. With a background that bridges heartfelt ministry and professional counselling, Chris brings depth, joy, and authenticity to every ceremony he leads. His passion lies in crafting weddings that are personal, meaningful, and full of life.
Beyond weddings, Chris wears many hats. He’s an accredited Marriage Counsellor with PACFA, a seasoned Men's Behaviour Change Program Facilitator, and a trusted Prepare & Enrich facilitator for over a decade. As an ordained minister with the Australian Christian Churches, Chris brings a faith-filled perspective to his work, helping couples build strong, enduring foundations.
He’s also a devoted husband of 15 years, and father to four energetic children. Whether he's mentoring men, supporting couples, or planning his next family adventure, Chris lives with purpose and pours that same heart into every celebration he leads.
